Elastic thread smocking detailing at the front and back neckline a thicker elastic detail that gives this top a flirty, yet professional look at the same time. It hugs you just right and allows the rest of the top to flow.

Puff Elbow Sleeve the sleeve falls right at your elbow, making this the perfect top for the office or even fancier occasions! The fabric at the end is ruffled, giving this sleeve a super cute touch.

What is a smock top?

A smocked top is the kind that's all bunched up (in, like, a nice way) and sewn with elastic thread so it can stretch. 

That usually means the top is skin tight all over or has an expandable area that can accommodate a variety of shapes within a given size. Also, smocking is a method to keep cuffs, necklines and bodices in place.

As far as sizing goes, the size chart is accurate. The Lily can be worn perfectly true to size or 1 size up from the size chart for more length and room! I don’t really recommend sizing down on this style. It just hugs too tight at the neckline.
